I loved your segment on PBS teaching Broadway singing! It's inspiring to see you teach and talk about what you do. I love your insight into how great performing that feels free and exciting is individual and unique to each performer. I'm a teacher as well - I teach future public school teachers - and I think I need to similarly bring out something individual in each student, since excellent public school teaching is as diverse as excellent teachers. Each teacher has to draw on her/his own personal best qualities.

Telly,
My partner Angelo surprised me with tickets to see Godspell on Saturday. I have directed(in community theater) the show 15 times and was in the show, I think 5 times, always singing All Good Gifts. YOU were amazing! I knew you were going to sing it the minute you came on stage. The rest of the cast was amazing, it was perfect casting. Thanks for a great experience of my all time favorite show.

I watched the Rent video blogs, so when I saw that you were understudying for Angel the night that I saw it in Miami, I was beyond excited. You were amazing and I met you at the stage door. I was just amazed that anyone could pull off all of Angel's dancing. I know I couldn't do all that, much less in high heels. I have the poster that you and the rest of the cast signed hanging on my wall :) Thank you for being so sweet to all the fans. Even though we might just be another face in the crowd, it's really exciting to meet the talented people I see on stage.

That memory stayed with me, which is why when you were on Glee singing Teenage Dream, I immediately picked you out from behind Darren and told anyone who would listen that "I saw him as Angel in Rent!" I was beyond excited that you had a featured part on the show, especially since the Warblers were by far my favorite characters.

You are amazing, Telly! :)

I personally don't have a "favorite" warbler. I love all of you guys! You did catch my eye though - Asian kids always recognize other Asian kids on TV :)

Okay, I saw the RENT: Filmed Live On Broadway DVD last year...or sometime early this year, I forget...'cause I rented it from the library, but I didn't even realise that was you in it! I'll have to rent it again now(not that that's a hardship or anything ;P). And I'll have to go find the Law and Order episode you were in, I've never watched Criminal Intent.

Just watched the clips of Alligiance and thought, finally a show I can understand and identify with. You sing My Time SO beautiful and can't wait till this show comes to theatres. glee gee... what a great gig!

congrats. hmmm... if i were writing the glee script, what would i write? i dont think this character would be a spy; that is not the private school way.

i think i would have the character visit the glee high school after separating from his gf. On his visit to the school, he falls for Tina. Tina is having issues with Mike Chang. Tina falls for Telly's character, plus he can sing much better than Mike. Jealousies erupt leading to a sing off of a song about stealing my girl.

How do you other guestbook people envision the storyline??
